Low or should that be no morals?

I only switched my current account from a Santander 1/2/3 Lite current account to a Lloyds Club current account in October 2022 but Lloyds bank has decided to change their terms and conditions from 1 April 2023 to only waiver the £3 monthly fee if customers pay in a minimum of £2,000 every month (increased from £1,500). What message does this send out? At a time when there is a cost-of-living crisis and a very uncertain future lying ahead, Lloyds has chosen to attract only higher earning customers. I for one find the timing ill-conceived and unforgivable and have initiated another bank switch despite the extra unwarranted inconvenience. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Reliable banking made easy

When I signed up to Lloyds 8 years ago, there was no faff and banking made easy. I send money internationally and I appreciate their rates are fixed no matter how much you are sending (unlike other banks). You don't have to enter in loads of memorable passwords. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023

Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. the best account i've had in years

After a terrible experience with hsbc, Lloyds has really turn me around on what good banking can be. The huge yearly benefits such as, cinema tickets, discounts on food, mobile and tv plans, good interest rates on purchases are fantastic and really easy to access. Plus additional cashback on purchases from a variety of brands, makes things a bit easier in this cost of living crisis. The fact that i can control my contactless limit, save the change and roundups my spending are some of the many perks to holding this account. I am really pleased. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Always sort my problems

Overall good bank but one small change

Overall good bank and good app to use and I feel it’s safe and secure. One small criticism is that notifications are slow unlike other banks for example if someone send me money or if a DD is taken notifications are not instant.
