Great account with good rewards

A great account which is easy to manage via a great little app. Good reward programme with instant sign up/ transfer rewards along with everyday rewards. Usual benefits including contactless debit cards, overdraft and upgrade options. Friendly branch and phone teams too. Decent interest and nice perk

Provided you pay enough into this account it's free, the interest isn't as good as it used to be but still better than most current accounts. I get free cinema tickets from it which is a nice little bonus too. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Combines daily banking with excellent app & choice of free rewards

Had the account for a number of years. Choice of rewards such as cinema tickets or magazine subscription. The Lloyds Banking app is outstanding - the best I have used. When calling customer service I have had a pleasant, quick & comprehensive response. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Decent Account for Everyday Use

Good bank account with helpful extras

I switched from HSBC to Lloyds this year and have realised how much easier and beneficial it is to bank with Lloyds, I get cashback on retailers and cinema tickets which makes me feel valued for being a customer. Lloyds have been helpful when I've called their customer service line for queries, with UK based call centre staff who are polite and good at their jobs. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Not happy

Been with them for over 50 years

I joined Lloyds Bank at the age of 16 and, of course, had an account with them. I see no reason to go elsewhere as the accounts I have are good for me and I have regular meetings with an Advisor. The staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Reviewed on: 26th September 2021
