Excellent product!

Easy to set up & great joining gift

I recently set up in branch. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me set up a switch guarantee which worked perfectly. I was delighted to be able to chose a free joining gift of a subscription to a magazine I like. I use my account via the app which is very clear and simple to use. Overall a great experience. Why Bank Anywhere Else

Have been banking with LLoyds since I was 13, 8 years on and I'm still with them. Why look elsewhere when the product/service your receiving is already meeting your needs. I'm sure I'll remain with LLoyds for the rest of my life. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Daily charges for the use of an authorised overdraft

It is very wrong to charge for the use of an authorised overdraft especially the daily charges when I am already paying a monthly fee for my current account. Other banks do not charge thses fees. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019
