Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. Amazing customer service

No hassle getting or having this account with Lloyds, I have had a few problems with other banks in the past and Lloyds are definately the better one. Customer service is second to none! Reviewed on: 30th November 2018

Does what it says on the tin

I’ve had my current account with Lloyd’s all my working life and have never seen a reason to change. I’ve always been pleased with the products and service. The bonus treat of a magazine through the door each month with Club Lloyd’s is nice. Reviewed on: 25th November 2018

Good perks, but interest rate far too low now

Good if you're in the black, bad if you're in the red

If you never go into your overdraft, Club Lloyds is a great account. The interest on your money isn't bad and you can opt into 'saving your change', which sees the account rounding up your spends to the nearest pound (build up a little pot by squirrelling away the difference in pennies). But if you dip into your overdraft (unless you have a pre-arranged fee-free one), you pay 1p daily for every £7 overdrawn (it used to be £8) for the first £1,500 alone. I was in the black for ages, while I saved for a deposit for our house. Now that's no longer in my account and we have a baby on the way, I am perilously close to tipping into my overdraft. However, I do get a text to let me know when I'm near that point... so that's helpful Reviewed on: 22nd November 2018

Great customer service and offers

Lloyds always have great customer service and help out with any problems I have. The website is also easy to use (as is the app) and they have great every day offers for customers. Reviewed on: 11th November 2018

Very few offers

Although is a club account - costs £3/mth, refundable if you pay in a certain amount - there are very few offers. Just cashback on limited retailers. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Great Account

Nice account, no fee if pay in £1,500, plus you get choice of freebie for the year, 2% intrest, overall decent! Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Great all-round experience

Lloyds Bank is trying really hard to provide consistently good and efficient customer service. The bank has a wide range of products to suit virtually all needs and its website is very easy to navigate. The interest rate on its current account is better than many savings accounts and the business is obviously doing its best to win back customer confidence following the Government "bail out" of 2009.
