I upgraded my Lloyds Current account to Club Lloyds recently. It was very easy to upgrade and I am getting a good rate of interest.

I decided to upgrade my account because of the good rate of interest. The process of upgrading was so easy and my account runs like a dream. I like being able to do everything online and not having to go into a branch. As an added bonus I also get a free 12 months' subscription to a magazine of my choice. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Sneaky saver and free treats!

I've been using my Club Lloyds current account for a few years now - and it works really well for me! Not only do I get a free magazine subscription (Golf Weekly, was my choice) but previously I've had free cinema tickets! And, which is better for me, I've opted into a small savings scheme, which sees all my spend rounded up, with the difference put into a separate account. I don't even notice it going, but by the end of the month I have £20-30 to spend on a little treat! The website is super easy to use, and they give me a breakdown of my spending so I know where I need to reduce spend if I need to. The bank that keeps it's word

I have banked with Lloyds for many years and have never had a problem with them. They send out notifications and literature that is easy to understand and don't bombard you with their products. Very professional bank. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Why cut the interest rate?

I like the fact that I get through to Internet Banking more quickly with this account number and I appreciate the little pluses, but I was sorry they cut the interest rate so drastically. Reviewed on: 4th October 2017

Lloyds Club

Fortunately an employee at the bank told me about this particular service and it has been an excellent account that I use as a current account, but which pays interest! Just like the old days! Reviewed on: 22nd September 2017

Was a great little earner

Club Lloyds was a great current account as it used to afford you 4% interest on balances of up to £5000 but unfortunately it now it's only 2% :-( That said, website and app are user friendly an staff in-branch are always helpful. Reviewed on: 14th August 2017
