I upgraded my Lloyds Current account to Club Lloyds recently. It was very easy to upgrade and I am getting a good rate of interest.

I decided to upgrade my account because of the good rate of interest. The process of upgrading was so easy and my account runs like a dream. I like being able to do everything online and not having to go into a branch. As an added bonus I also get a free 12 months' subscription to a magazine of my choice. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Long standing satisfied customer

I have been a Lloyds Customer all my banking life. I have never had a single problem. The internet banking site is good. The service is good, on the one occasion my account was compromised, the bank's security system picked it up straight away, informed me and dealt with it. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Easy to set up

no fuss banking

i changed my bank account from barclays to lloyds after years of issues with barclays and i am so glad that i did. i have never had any issues with lloyds - no frills, no bells and whistles, just a bank account that works. i find them very helpful. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Always trying to sell me stuff

i hate my bank, everytime i go in they try to sell me stuff. They offered me a loan to pay off the last part of my finance as it would be a lower interest rate so i agreed i went in sat down for 45 minutes with them to be told i dont qualify!!! They've done it quite a few times. I stay with them as it's a hassle to move but they aren't a good bank. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
