Applied via app, not contact after that on progress.

Applied of the Club Lloyds account via their mobile app. Waited for an email for next steps that never arrived. Contacted support after a week only for them to say that I needed to go into a Bank to complete the verification process. Went in the next day for them to say that the application has been closed, and I would need to reapply. If they can't notify me when I need to do something to move the application on and just close my application but still tell me to come to a branch is poor processes and service. Will find another bank that does not just ghost you Perhaps the Cloudstrike got them, I'll never know. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

Straightforward online banking.

Straightforward online banking.. Great rewards like Disney. (The alternative magazine subscription is a poor choice though). Also has a fixed rate regular saver which I am using. Reviewed on: 8th June 2024

A rewarding current account

I love the current account due to the generous perks that come with it. The account is free as I'm eligible for it and also comes with "everyday offers" where you can get a certain % back when you're shopping at particular retailers. Reviewed on: 25th May 2024

Great bank account with excellent app.

Great bank account with excellent app. Easy to view accounts and see payments etc. Very user friendly. Its great that this account also gives access to the club lloyds monthly saver with the competitive interest rate. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
