My experience with the Bank has been excellent. The staff are always on hand to help and support me whenever I have any issues which needs to be sorted ie. Issues dealing with fraudulent transactions and other issues that arise. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers.

Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers. to my builder and to a financial institution at the branch. I had my passport with me. They asked me a lot of questions that were inappropriate.. They are mental and treated me as a criminal. I wasted one hour each time there and in the end they refused to do the transaction. They also blocked my account on one of these transfers.
