A Long Standing Reliable Partner

I've been with Lloyds over 30 years and have found them to be reliable trustworthy and attentive. It hasn't crossed my mind to switch which comes from someone who regularly changes suppliers for virtually everything else. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

It's alright

Online Banking is excellent

At Ellesmere Port, I walked in to ask about moving off my basic account and left with a classic account, a savings account and an ISA - I was delighted at how informative and helpful all the staff were and felt no presdure - everything was explained very thoroughly in a way I understood.
