Impressive and Efficient

I was truly impressed by how efficiently my broker handled my application. The entire journey, from the initial submission to receiving my mortgage offer, was incredibly smooth and well-organised. What really stood out was how quickly everything happened—it took less than four weeks to get my mortgage offer! This goes to show the expertise and commitment of the team involved. Paperwork not checked properly by branch.

My completion date had been set, but on the day at 11.20am, they demanded another document needed to be signed and witnessed by 12pm or the money would not be released that day. My removal company had already packed up and left for my new house. I would have been homeless until at least Monday. Because of this, my keys weren't ready until after 4pm and my removal company charged overtime after 5pm, which I had to pay because of the delay. Made a stressful day even worse by the paperwork all not being checked and ready for our move until the last minute. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024

Mortgage application

Met twice virtually with Rob our mortgage advisor who was friendly, patient and explained the process clearly and the options available to us. He concluded recommending the mortgage that met our goals most. A really painless process and gave us the outcome we wanted. Reviewed on: 30th April 2024
