Paperwork contradiction

The overall experience of the Loughborough was good but the wording in their offer and paperwork was contradictory and confusing. I had to contact the Building Society for clarification. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

A good deal and easy to set up

Impressive and Efficient

I was truly impressed by how efficiently my broker handled my application. The entire journey, from the initial submission to receiving my mortgage offer, was incredibly smooth and well-organised. What really stood out was how quickly everything happened—it took less than four weeks to get my mortgage offer! This goes to show the expertise and commitment of the team involved.
