Very helpful in a recent accident. Easy to get through to and very helpfully on the other end. Provided all the information regarding what to do next and help with getting our car repaired in a timely fashion and back on the road. Exceptional service.

Having gone through a number of comparison sites and direct to other providers, LV were the only company to give an appropriate level of cover for a reasonable price. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Windscreen Cracked

While driving, stone hit my windscreen mirror and cracked it. I've contacted LV and they were quick to arrange for a replacement with a cost. No impact on premium. With little kids, having a car is must for wherever we go. A quick replacement helped us a lot. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Great help in need for a good price

I selected a good value insurance through a search engine and ended up with LV. I was later in a bad accident, the helpdesk picked up promptly and explained steps. Then they arranged a pickup for my family and totalled car and helped me get home. A replacement car was waiting the morning after I got home. Good human customer service, excellent value
