Deal expiry

As my old deal expired you made it very easy to take out a new one with you. This was a no brainer as I have been very happy with you over the previous 3 years Reviewed on: 18th September 2024

Feel a bit stuck

Feel a bit trapped with Mansfield and that they take advantage of this. The re mortgage offers we receive aren’t particularly competitive but given the costs involved in moving providers, we end up staying. The process for remortgage is always simple, but I feel the product availability is limited, and different to new customers. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Really great service throughout

Really great service through the application phase and then closing. Exceptionally helpful and friendly customer service throughout, no questions were ever too obvious or too small to have an answer. I’d often submit an email question and then be called back to give me a really detailed, explanatory answer. Would have liked to have had an online account to be able to keep an eye on things, but customer service always answered any queries we had anyway. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025
