Communication could be a bit better.

There was some confusion over payment days which has lead to a bad mark on my credit history. So communication wasn't the absolute best. Also, my new mortgage rate comes into effect now-ish and I've had no communication regarding that. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Shared ownership available

It was one of the few places offering shared ownership at the time of getting my mortgage so was the best option. The down side is that you are not able to check balances etc online. Reviewed on: 21st November 2024

You really dug us out of a hole.

You really dug us out of a hole. We lost our mortgage free house in the aftermath of the financial crash of 2010 and you allowed me a mortgage that took me to 86 years old. No one else would. The death of my mother, aged 101, allowed me to be mortgage free once more! Reviewed on: 7th November 2024
