Unable to manage mortgage online

I never had an issue but the fact that I want able to manage or see my mortgage details online felt like I was in the stone ages really. All of my family and friends had banks that allows them online management of their mortgages Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023

Offering a very positive experience

I cannot tell you how fantastic dealing with Mansfield has been . They provided an extremely positive experience in a world of negativity. Caring service team

The Mansfield team may be relatively small compared to larger mortgage lenders but they offer a personal and caring service approach to customers. Everything went smoothly and I would thoroughly recommend them to any propective mortgage applicant. Reviewed on: 20th June 2023

Happy customer for over 12 years

I’ve really appreciated being a customer of Mansfield and am very sorry to be leaving. This is purely a question of product and interest rates - we will save nearly £500/month by moving to a more competitive product. Brilliant Service / Amazing Products

Im a mortgage broker with 17 years experience and I recently found Mansfield as a lender who will help clients with complex needs and some lighter historic adverse credit. The service from them over the last 4 months has been exemplary and other lenders could take a few pages from their book - real life mortgage lender for real life people.
