Mansfield have been amazing, I haven’t had the best solicitors so had to do a lot of chasing myself. Every time I have had to call Mansfield everybody I have spoken to has been really understand and really helpful too! Reviewed on: 7th November 2024

The mortgage met my needs but high interest rate

The mortgage met my needs, as they were very specific due to circumstances, but was extremely expensive with a high interest rate. Fees for early termination were also very high. Customer service was wonderful, however I had to call every month to pay my mortgage as they were unable to update the DD date. Overall experience was ok, has I not required a very specific product I would have gone with another company with better interest rates. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

I couldn’t recommend Mansfield unfortunately due to them not reporting to credit agencies. 2 years of paying my mortgage and none of my credit reports reflect this as no reporting by Mansfield. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
