Communication could be a bit better.

There was some confusion over payment days which has lead to a bad mark on my credit history. So communication wasn't the absolute best. Also, my new mortgage rate comes into effect now-ish and I've had no communication regarding that. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Excellent service, poor value for money

Customer service was excellent however the renewal deal was an insult and would have cost us approx £200 a month more than the provider we moved to. Reviewed on: 29th July 2025

The mortgage met my needs but high interest rate

The mortgage met my needs, as they were very specific due to circumstances, but was extremely expensive with a high interest rate. Fees for early termination were also very high. Customer service was wonderful, however I had to call every month to pay my mortgage as they were unable to update the DD date. Overall experience was ok, has I not required a very specific product I would have gone with another company with better interest rates. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
