Competitive rate on your ISA but no online access

You offered a v competitive rate on your ISA when I joined. This has since fallen behind some of the new players. A major drawback was/is the lack of online access including for ISA transfers. I know though that you are presently working to put in an online system. Long overdue even though you have the cash to do it with. Reviewed on: 28th July 2025

Initially very good but became disappointing

I opened an ISA in November 2023 because the rate was very good and there is a branch nearby. The staff at the branch were helpful and friendly. I was happy with the ISA until a few weeks ago when the rate was cut substantially by more than the cut made by the Bank of England. It then became lower than many other building societies were offering. Reviewed on: 28th July 2025

Good but could improve account offerings.

Experience was good however the reason for closures and recent withdrawals was the rates were reducing and when accounts become obsolete the rate offered is poor. I feel the Mansfield could and should improve on its on-line account offerings by offering easy access accounts. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025
