AVOID! This bank is totally set in the past.

This bank is totally set in the past. They mess about with little passbooks and still send cheques in the post. You will waste so much time with this bank and their antiquated processes and mindsets. Reviewed on: 5th November 2024

Easy to contact by phone, always friendly and helpful, things clearly and simply explained, no rush nor pressure, really appreciate being able to go into branch and open accounts via post, never pushed onto a computer/web site, not always necessary to have an appointment, good walk in service, branches warm and welcoming, it would be nice if the branches had longer opening times but I appreciate the financial implications. We attended the event at Mansfield FC - we were made to feel so valued and welcome by your staff and management - Thank you very much Reviewed on: 4th November 2024

There is always a good range of products available and I receive adequate and timely notification of what is available to me when an existing investment is reaching maturity. I seldom speak to anyone directly, however when I have done, the person I've been speaking to is always very polite and extremely helpul. Reviewed on: 4th November 2024
