Attend to the small but important items

In spite of your offer to “ leave your telephone number, and we will call you back “ (due to all your lines being busy) , this did not take place, in spite of me waiting at home for this. My point - if you say you are going to do something, then make sure that it is attended to !! This fact created a poor impression of Mansfield B.S. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024

Online ISA holder

Easy online application process. Some mild annoyance at having to send physical documents by mail for identification purposes, but at the same time it shows Mansfield Building Society is serious with money. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

The passbook thing is totally antiquated.

The passbook thing is totally antiquated. You do realise it's 2024 and we all have the internet these days? Was also impossible to contact anyone on the savings phone number, always rang out then asked me to leave a message (nobody called back) leaving me to have to call a random brach for help (who were very helpful and always got someone else to call me back who were then helpful too) Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
