You made an error and told me you had.

You made an error and told me you had. I thought this was very good. Then you agreed to add my maturing bond interest to my new bond to save me the trouble of receiving a cheque when previously I had requested a cheque. Reviewed on: 6th September 2024

Cheques are outdated!

my experience was great EXCEPT you will only issue me a cheque to withdraw my funds. This is archaic and has been most inconvenient to process in a timely and convenient manner. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024
