Website info needs updating

Website gives outdated leaflet telling you how to get your identity verified. Headed into the local branch to be old it’s all done on the electoral register now. Didn’t need to go in, could just have had it dropped off. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Very helpful support

Now living in Devon, I needed to set up online access to my ISA account. There was a bit of a problem, due to me not writing down my password (being a good boy!), but the on-line help team were very thorough in resolving the problem. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Interest uncompetitive

Disappointed

I am used to working with banks that are electronic and you can open accounts instantly online. Having to wait for the post to receive log in details did not work. The account numbers were confusing not the standard 8 numbers it appeared and when i sent money to my supposed new account the money never reached its destination and it was returned.
