generally ok

only thing missing is an Annual Interest Statement for Tax Return purposes which is supplied free of charge by most other Building Societies in which I have Accounts. Reviewed on: 26th June 2023

Helpful

I got in a mess trying to open an E-banking online savings account so phoned the helpline. I found everyone I spoke to extremely helpful and very patient but it still took me a while to sort it out by which time the interest rate had increased - bonus! Have eventually got it sorted.
