Saving rates lagging market rates

For the previous 0.5% BOE rate rise there was no increase in the rate for my account. After the latest rate rise there is still no announcement from Mansfield BS. Other building societies e.g. Yorkshire, Leeds and Coventry can do this why not the Mansfield? Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

generally ok

only thing missing is an Annual Interest Statement for Tax Return purposes which is supplied free of charge by most other Building Societies in which I have Accounts. Reviewed on: 26th June 2023

Account Opening

The helpful ,caring staff are able to explain fully the available products, and facilitate the opening of the most favoured accaunt. Reviewed on: 25th June 2023

Helpful

I got in a mess trying to open an E-banking online savings account so phoned the helpline. I found everyone I spoke to extremely helpful and very patient but it still took me a while to sort it out by which time the interest rate had increased - bonus! Have eventually got it sorted. Poor savings rate compared to competitors
