AVOID - terrible unhelpful service.

The most appalling customer service on my mortgage. Claim to allow you to pay in arrears, but this is NOT the case. you have to pay in advance. caused me terrible cashflow problems. the person i spoke with was incredibly unhelpful, refused to listen, passive aggressive, just kept saying the same things. A huge mistake which i am very much regretting. AVOID Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

MORTGAGE - EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have had a mortgage for the past 15 years with The Melton and always found the service offered to be excellent. It is so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to somebody promptly who understands the products and offers good advice. During the mortgage term I was able to take advantage of fixed terms deals and also use the Offset Savings Account facility to reduce the balance owing in a shorter time frame than originally planned. I would definitely recommend The Melton to anyone seeking a mortgage or indeed any other financial services... totally first class ! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2023
