Great Service

Efficient, friendly, and customer focused

Setting up an account for the first time with Metro was a far easier and more pleasant experience than with my other bank. The staff member was friendly and avoided complicated jargon and pressurised up-selling. I like the atmosphere in store, very customer focused. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

The place where workers smile

I have been a customer for a few years now and whenever I visit the wood green branch I feel very comfortable and welcome by all. It's a place where I see staff always working and prepared to assist customers at the first time of asking or even just on arrival. Real people's bank always someone there to talk to not machine driven. I love this bank. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

So easy
