Excellent, helpful customer service. Feel secure banking with Metro Bank, as it is possible to easily talk to a knowledgeable agent face to face about the products, instead of trawling through online banking to find answers. The place where workers smile

I have been a customer for a few years now and whenever I visit the wood green branch I feel very comfortable and welcome by all. It's a place where I see staff always working and prepared to assist customers at the first time of asking or even just on arrival. So easy
