Reported fraud activity already 4th time with different companies taking money out , and no clear solution offered, actually they make you feel as if it's my fault that I allow them , it's so much fraud going on and bank does nothing to stop the transactions or reverse them Reviewed on: 7th January 2025

One of the most friendly, approachable, best banks in providing excellent customer service every time they always go beyond and above...respect to each one of you

I have difficultues with memory and a chronic medical condition.... Without the service offered from Metro Bank I would have great difficulties accessing bathroom facilities. Also on few occasions I have forgotten my password and misplaced my bank card.....this was no problem as I waited few minutes and all was replaced same day in under 20mins....that is world record for any bank.
