Must have bank

Friendly, welcoming bank , quick and easy to open up accounts .only bank you get your card the same day or if u loss one 2 , don't need your card if you forget it as photo is attached to your account for easy security access. Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

Great bank when I took out account,now they are goin...

Great bank when I took out account,now they are going to charge for using my card in Europe . This is not what I signed up for. Very disappointed, moving my account to Natwest. Reviewed on: 28th August 2024

Lots of recent negative changes

Great bank when I joined 6 years ago. Now taking my money elsewhere as so many products and services withdrawn especially cancelling all credit cards from 10 September, stopping fee free use of debit card abroad, reducing savings rates, and shutting down all money machines. Whoever is making these poor decisions should be sacked as customers like me are leaving in droves Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024

Brilliant bank.
