REAL Customer Service

I am a great fan of Metro Bank. While other high street banks place more and more obstacles in the way of customers seeing a real person, face-to-face, Metro Bank are open 7 days a week and always has staff available to help. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Efficient service.

In the course of opening a current account with Metro Bank, Though the amount of money I opened the account with was quite little,the services they rendered to me was very efficient that I had to refer my wife to open an account with them as well. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

First class service

The Osgathorpe Heritage Group was established in March 2022 to research, record and disseminate the history of the village. The group has limited funding but Metro was the only bank who actively engaged with the group and allowed us to open an account. Top bank: well recommended Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Very good Bank

Metro Bank is very helpful and the workers are very respectful when u u go into the branch
