Quick and easy opening of account

Metro bank is the best bank ever. The Staff is very helpfull. Opening of the account is very easy and quick and the card is printed within few minutes. Metro bank is very safe bank, I wanted to transfer money to Poland through some page on-line and metro bank called me and warned me that there was many reports about this page being fraud. Stuck with a card freeze 1153 km from home

I was unable to pay upfront hotel costs due to a card freeze, therefore called customer support. Customer support security checked me both swiftly and thoroughly and said they would call back in exactly two minutes. The called back bang on time with the issue fully resolved. Best bank ever!!

This is without a doubt the best bank ever! The staff are just so helpful, polite & charming. Nothing too much trouble. The opening hours are suitable for almost everyone, open on a Sunday too!! It was so easy to open a new current account, given an over draft too! We were also given the option of a credit card. Both cards were printed immediately in the bank. We were even helped to set up online banking. Where else would you receive all these wonderful services. Amazing

Amazing experiences with Metro Bank. They are an amazing and helpful bank, I have never had issues and in fact only great things to say. They are always available, care about their customers, will always try to the best of their abilities to solve problems for you and keep your needs in mind. I would recommend Metro to anyone who asks. They have easy mobile accounts to manage, and perfect for younger people as well as the card account can be restricted to certain things however kids are still able to safely use a card.
