Friendly, sound advice and quick to act.

Metro was the first bank in years to offer help and guidance to help me in the right direction, which enabled me to qualify for an account. This is how all High Street Banks should be

I bank with four High Street Banks....I've had an account with one for nearly sixty years. Why is Metro so user-friendly, easily found, relaxed and modern-looking? The long-established banks need to go into a Metro and just sit there, watching the short queues, listening to the banter, admiring the decor.
