Quality banking

I needed access to a new card and no waiting days. Done in store. Efficient as ever.

I feel that Metro Bank is there whenever I need them. I am an in-store-branch person and need face to face dialogue and like sorting financial matters in my time not queuing in rival banks to do business in their narrow times. I love I can pop onto the bank after work !! Open later so it’s More convenient when you need someone to talk to over the account. Always friendly and also say hello!!!
