Same day card printing

The one thing that stood out to me when applying for my account in store was when the colleague said they started printing my card! I wasn’t expecting to have that amazing service in store, I was willing to wait the standard 3-5 working days but to have that chance to have the card the same day as account open was great! Very fair and always supportive

Since banking with Metro Bank I have had few problems. I enjoy the long hours that their contact centres are open. Also I have had two frauds against me and have found them to be very fair when dealing with these incidents. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
