Metro Bank is a great bank

7 days opening is the best and more convenience to customer. I am Hongkonger and English is poor, especially us the listening. So I am happy can go to the their Ashford branch and communicate with them face to face . They are very nice and pay great patience to understand what I say and solve my question quickly. Besides, their hotline is more easy to be connected,. Usually, someone will pick up within 10 min. This is very wonderful and lovely experience. It is because I have experienced with other famous bank's hotline, I need to wait someone pick up my phone more than 30 min by average. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
