Fits like a glove

The bank offers services that exactly meet day to day requirements. Very responsive to requests, highly available both walk-in, on-line, and on the phone. Always happy to help, and i always have my requests and issues sorted. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Excellent service offered, so far.

Whenever I entered the bank, there was always a staff member to receive. I've been banking in the UK for 35 years, but never received the one-to-one service I experienced at MB. There was always a staff member to receive me wit respect and acted with due diligence. On many occasions I was seen without an appointment. The space on entry allowed customers to move freely and stand at a space good in Covid time. I think the MB pay attention to health and safety. Best banking experience in the U.K.

I can now visit the branch any day including evenings and the weekends to do my everyday banking. Any problems or issues are resolved straight away in the branch there and then. I do not need to be over the phone for hours and waste my time. Thank you Metro Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Always there when I need them
