Good Service, Really fast and completely different from old banks

Setting up a new account is very easy and done in minutes on your phone, then nipped into the bank and got a card, pin all within 30 mins and ready to go. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

amazing assistance

Opening up a bank account with metro bank was extremely easy. They were very kind and helpful when it came to getting all the documents sorted since I am an international student. Most easy and helpful bank there is.

I've been with Metro bank for nearly 3 years and the services they provide never seem to amaze me. The customer service is always incredible. I recently lost my card and they printed out a new one for me in the space of 20 minutes. The online banking app is the most simple and easiest online banking app there is, its so easy to manage your cards and see recent transactions.
