Easy account set up

I have been with Metro Bank for a while and I am happy with their service and their opening hours. It was so easy to set up my current account at the branch and I got my bank card immediately. Metro Bank is efficient in compare to other Banks and I am very happy that they have many branches where I can walk in and do my business face to face if I wanted to do. Metro Bank are paving the way for how banks should look and operate. Opening hours to suit working people. Friendly staff with a warm and open look to their buildings. All of this with exceptional service both in branch and online and an easy to use banking app. I am not sure they can improve on perfection! My partner also has an account and we’ve just opened a young savers account for my daughter. Can’t rate them highly enough. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

When you enter a branch your made to feel welcomed and kept informed how long you will be to get seen by a customer service representative and they listen to your questions and answer with confidence and if they don’t they will find out for you and you can feel confident that your account is safe and they always finish the conversation with.
