My first bank account

Safe deposit

Thus is the only back provide the safe deposit ( locker) service) When I travel to Southampton to open account, all the staff was so friendly and helpful. And manger given his personal touch as well. I have recommended this bank to do many our family and friends.. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Very Efficient

Their website is excellent and enables me to almost all the things I need from a bank. Their branches are open for long hours and unlike the other high street bank they stay open and are not being closed at a rate of knots. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Finally a high street bank that puts clients first

having had accounts with multiple high street banks prior to opening a Meteo account I cant express how different Metro is, they offer consistently excwllent cusromer service, advice, their branches are open when you need them to be and their online customer service leaps and bounds ahead of rheir competitors, I wouldnt consider changing banks for anything Keep up the excellent service Metro Bank, it is noted by clients and very much appreciated!
