Modern banking

From the beginning, Metro has raised the bar in the UK banking world. Because of them, I was able to get a bank card and start an amazing job. They have a uniformed amazing customer service, across every branch which I have visited. I never worry about my bank card being lost or stolen. One quick tap on the app I can prevent others from using it. Then I can replace my card on the spot in store! They open late, accommodating the modern work patterns. I do extreme shift work, this is the ONlY physical bank which opens 7 days a week and until 8pm mon-sat. Thank you Metro for being pioneers. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Convenient friendly easy

Metrobank is the best bank I have ever used. Firstly their opening hours are very convenient as I can head to the bank after work rather than have to take off time during the day.
