Straightforward to access and use; good support service

I operate a Metro Bank account for a small charity, supporting work in Romania. Since transferring the account to Metro Bank a few years ago, I have always found it easy to access the account details, make payments, etc by mobile phone and by desktop PC. I’ve never had a problem with metro, yes sometimes you wish any app could load quicker in a rush or you didn’t have to have money leaving your account all the time. But regardless whenever I’ve had a problem customer service have never failed to lend a helping hand and I love how fast transaction move and their security measures. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
