Best customer service ever

Friendly

I am young and autistic, so I find most major banks intimidating. Our local metro bank is a big glass building with open meeting spaces and quick assistance. I recently had to swap my main account with another because of a small hiccup when I turned 18, and not only were the staff friendly and helpful, they were able to print and handover my new card before we left. Great bank

The experience i have had with metro is a positive overall due to being with the bank since i was 16 meaning been with the bank for five years nearly without any problem with interactions.
