Friendly and easy to deal with

Over the last few years I have found the staff at all of the Metrobanks I have walked in to to be friendly and accommodating and usually are pretty good at being able to resolve whatever my inquiry has been. There have been a few instances where resolutions for particular problems have been harder to come by but overall I have been very happy with my accounts there. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

New style banking

They let me go to a local branch open extended hours, they have internet & phone support, they make changes and issue cards while you wait. This is the future of banking based on me the customer not them the faceless millionaires directors. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Friendly helpful great service availability

Been banking with Metro Bank since they first opened in the UK and people were "sceptical" of a new USA owned bank. They have proven themselves time +again from instantly printing cards, especially when the children 'misplaced' theirs and found them later. Always available when you need +were also great during the pandemic. Glad that they keep their face2face services when many banks are slashing theirs! Well done METRO... Able to go into branch when I need too including Sundays. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Telephone banking team are not off shore and helpful. New cards or pin reset done in branch Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
