True banking experience

It's a pleasure to be able to bank when I want and with human beings.. Every time I enter the Cardiff store I feel valued and the banking transactions are so easy and with friendly staff. No big screens between us I can't recommend Metro bank enough Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Customer service stars

I work full time. Was unable to get to my previous bank as they reduced hours so much and closed all branches locally. Complete disregard for what customers want! Metro bank are easily accessible out of normal hours AND weekends. Never wait long to see an actual person who can help rather than a ‘bot’. Very easy to deposit money and withdraw funds as needed.

I’ve had a Metro Bank account for some years now. I find it exceedingly easy to move money into and out of the account as required. I’m going to look to invest some funds in a fixed term account, for a higher rate of interest. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Secure Savings account

Metro Bank have always been highly dependable and secure. I receive regular paper statements and I use their very secure online banking service with many levels of extra security.
