Mettle - Ease of use

Mettle is a great bank for my business, easy app which accomplishes almost everything on a day to day basis. Quick to classify my expenses, raise invoices and track income. Great experience!! Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Banking App and fraud detection

Banking App is easy to work with and has the added support from the customer service team which is invaluable. For example I was making an online purchase whilst I was in Europe through what i thought was a legitimate website and Mettle stepped in and stopped the transaction, citing the provider as a known potential fraud issue. I used the web chat to ask what was the issue and the dialogue was very informative, to the point where I was satisfied that I agreed with their assessment and It prompted me to identify and use a different site for the purchase i needed to make. A pleasure to use

The app is extremely easy to use, invoices are easy to create and help is always there if you need it. I love that you also get the use of Free Agent for free which is the best accounting app I’ve used by far. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026
