Mortgage renewal - Olly Taki

We've been working with Olly Taki to renew our mortgage and he has been beyond helpful. It's our first renewal, so we didn't know what to expect but he took us through each step and was super patient with our many questions. Mortgage renewals aren't the most enjoyable experience - particularly given the market - but this was arguably the best customer service we've ever received. Thanks Olly! Another easy rate switch with Olly!

I've dealt with Oliver Taki for a number of rate switches now and he's always friendly and professional. He takes time to make sure I understand the rates before choosing the most appropriate option for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Had a great chat with Leon about options

Excellent service from start to finish

Leon was excellent from start to finish. He was very personable, very informative and went the extra mile to always keep me updated on my application.
