I had a great experience from beginning to end. The whole process was quick and easy. Much easier than other lenders I have dealt with in the past. This was mainly due to the mortgage consultant who kept me informed of progress every step of the way and was very approachable. Excellent service experienced from MBS Advisor.

Got in touch to renegotiate my mortgage which ends shortly and promptly arranged telephone appointments for next week. I spoke to Mr Wayne Donovan at the Newport office who was most helpful, polite and courteous. Our conversation was followed up promptly with information on what to expect during my future meeting and relevant information l would require to have at hand. I really like how much you value your customers.

I really like how much you value your customers. Michelle gave me excellent advice - thank you. I do find your online system slow and difficult to use. For example, if I transfer savings it can take days to show on my account whereas with other saving accounts you can instantly access and transfer money and see it in real time.
