Best mortgage provider - Monmouthshire

We have had our mortgage with the Monmouthshire for a number of years. They have been flexible as we’ve added to the loan or reduced it, and as we’ve altered the borrowing length as our needs have changed. They have been easy to talk to despite our living quite away from the nearest branch, and the interest rates have always been competitive. Made our move easier

I am disabled and my husband and I needed to move house Sony parents could move I with us to care for me whilst he was away. Therefore between us we were selling 2 houses and putting all the money into one. Our mortgage advisor was excellent throughout the process and gave us some very helpful advise. He was there whenever we needed to speak to him and he made the whole process so much easier. The bank gave us a great deal as we were already customers so all in all it was a calm and clear process with no problems whatsoever even though we had an unusual request. Highly recommend them. First time buyer's dream

My husband and I were able to realise out dream or buying our first home with the help of Monmouthshire building society. We always hear how difficult the process can be when buying a home, but the advisors at MBS made it simple and hassle free. From viewing to moving in, it took approx 3 months.
