Mortgage renewal - Olly Taki

We've been working with Olly Taki to renew our mortgage and he has been beyond helpful. It's our first renewal, so we didn't know what to expect but he took us through each step and was super patient with our many questions. Mortgage renewals aren't the most enjoyable experience - particularly given the market - but this was arguably the best customer service we've ever received. Thanks Olly! Excellent service for fixing my mortgage rate.

I found the service provided by Michelle the mortgage advisor to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She was excellent. Appointment took about 1 hour by telephone and she emailed me all documents that I required to complete my new fixed rate on my mortgage. Reviewed on: 21st January 2025
