Help and understanding when you need it most

The staff at the Brecon branch were kind, considerate and helpful when I had to close my partner's account and open one in my name. They cancelled accounts and ISAs They dealt with probate details and the money was in my bank account in 24 hours Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
